MMF is designed to help women get back into, take their first steps, or build on their existing fitness. Regardless of if your goal is to lose weight, to improve sport performance, or simply to increase your strength and fitness in order to keep up with your growing family, Mighty Mums Fitness has suitable session plans for you.

I understand the challenges of motherhood and Mighty Mums Fitness aims to make life as easy as possible. I am fully mobile, so I can come to a location of your choice*; your home or garden, a local park or near your place of work. Wherever you feel happy and confident.

Buggy aged children are welcome to join you for your sessions (or older if the venue is your home or garden), and I will do as much as possible to help keep the session flowing and focused on you (I’m very good at holding sleeping or crying babies while mums workout)!

The sessions are designed to challenge you and get you towards your end goal, whilst being mindful that you still need to get through whatever the rest of the day throws at you! I also appreciate that not every 2 days are the same, and sessions are fully adaptable to match your needs on the day.

The sessions can be delivered one-to-one, or if you prefer to exercise with a friend or partner, then one-to-two.**

MMF is new to Newbury due to a relocation from London (Sept 2022). Prior to that, MMF was helping women at varying stages of parenthood in South West London and Surrey.
